  Multi-layer Structure Design: Precise Temperature Control System

  The seven-layer co-extrusion blown film machine allows for flexible combinations of various materials, including EVOH, PA, and PE. By combining these materials and precisely controlling the thickness of each layer, the film achieves excellent barrier properties, high strength, and high transparency. The machine utilizes seven independent temperature control layers, precisely regulating the performance and distribution of each functional layer, ensuring that each layer is formed under optimal temperature conditions, thus guaranteeing film quality.

  Efficient and intelligent

  Some models are equipped with an IBC bubble internal cooling system. External cooling systems, such as air rings or water cooling, can also be combined to ensure rapid and uniform bubble cooling, improving production efficiency and enhancing the film's transparency and mechanical properties. A servo motor rotates the film horizontally, ensuring more complete cooling and a more stable drawing process. Fully automatic surface friction back-to-back double rewinding, coupled with high-precision taper tension control, ensures neat and efficient winding.

  Automation Control

  The electrical control system utilizes PLC programmable control. Through a centralized computer control platform, parameters can be displayed in real time, enabling intelligent and precise on-site control and monitoring, as well as remote parameterization. Processing parameters can also be stored for easy operation and quality control.
