  • Non-barrier blown film machine design

The flow channel structure is relatively simple, with the primary focus on ensuring stable fusion of PE materials with varying properties during extrusion, resulting in a composite film structure with excellent overall performance.
  • Barrier blown film machine design
    Barrier films are co-extruded from multiple materials with varying properties, requiring a more complex and precise die design. Differences in the rheological properties of the melts of different materials must be considered, such as the varying processing temperatures and melt viscosities of EVOH, PA, and PE. The die flow channel must precisely control the flow rate and pressure of each layer to prevent uneven pressure from causing unstable interlayer interfaces and defects such as delamination and inclusions. Furthermore, the thickness of the high-barrier material layer must be uniform to achieve stable barrier performance.
